How can I get 100% control over the style of my PDF using coldfusion's cfhtmltopdf and css. I would like to know if CSS paged media or print css works with cfhtmltopdf.

I have successfully created PDFs. My normal CSS shows fine, it's just the @print css and @media print calls are ignored.

What does work is page-break-before: always but other page-break styling gets ignored.
