Hi guys, I have a problem regarding the coldfusion function and listing files from the server, we switched the application from cf 9 to the 2016 version and since then when I list files from the folder on the linux system, it returns the wrong encode.
i i did this things and it did not help
<cfprocessingdirective pageencoding="utf-8">
<cfdirectory action="list" name="someDir" directory="directoryToFilder" sort="name ASC" >
<cfdump var="#charsetEncode(charsetdecode(someDir.name,"ASCII"),"UTF-8")#">

in linux changed .bashrc
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=
LC_CTYPE="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="de_DE.UTF-8"
