Eddie you sent me this  "I strongly recommend creating a view in your database engine and then building your query in the Query Builder against that view." What I do is build the query in the report builder from the CF code that builds our current reports via CF 10. The builder was being evaluated to add more depth to our reports, make them more business friendly. So I get what you meant in the quote above.
