Hello world

I am having an issue with some of my clients rooms but does not affect every participant.

The Issue

Click the link and it launchs the browser then the installed Adobe Connect app.  The app just hangs at the "E CONNECT" stage (attached image)

Troubleshooting steps

  1. I have modified Application Interface from Classic view to Standard view (and vise versa) - No change
  2. I have tried different browser - No change
  3. Reinstalled the Adobe Connect app - No change

Versions
MacOS = Big Sur 11.1

Adobe Connect App = 2020.10.1

A new version of the Mac app has been released. I'd start by seeing if that resolves the issue. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html#Application

Any chance you can find the log file for the App on your system? I don't know where it is stored on a Mac, but it should be called ConnectCefApp.log. If you can find that log file it may show what the issue is.

@Jorma_at_CoSo
Unable to locate ConnectCefApp.log on any of the workstations with the issue.  Is there a verbose switch that I can use to run?

Not that I've seen at this point. Would be worth reaching out to Adobe Support to see if they have one yet.
