Hi all-
I recently ran a webinar that had 2900 registrants, but only 200 could get in. Most of the rest that tried were getting a "503 server not available" message. Any idea how to fix this? Is this on Adobe's end?

What type of room were you using? A Virtual Classroom? A Webinar/Seminar room?
This sounds like an Adobe issue as the error message isn't inline with what you would see when reaching the licensing limitation of the room, but it is worth verifying that the room you were using can hold more than 200 attendees.

I was using a Seminar room that holds 1500 people (connected to an Event). I ran one the week before using the same room, and that maxed out, so I'm not sure why people were getting cut off for this one. They were getting a different message than they do when the room is full. I've done a lot of these & this is the first time I've encountered this.

Ok, sounds like you did everything right on your end. But without knowing the full story I find it best to ask. I'd recommend you reach out to the connect support team and have them give a RCA on what happened. It sounds like the server cluster ran out of system resources to handle the volume, but I'm sitting on the outside looking in.
