Good day:
Following the process we have always used when Training content issues cause a User to "Fail" a course.
Within the Curriculum, we select Reports > By Users.
Click the Student's name
Within Curriculum Contents, we click override button for the course.
We change the Status to Passed, and revise the score to 100.
Click Save
We get a short hourglass, and a status bar message: "opening page https://admin.na6.acrobat.com/admin/cou ... urriculum - " (that's as much as I could capture in a screen cap)
When I go back to the By Users report, nothing has changed on the user's record.
Anybody else? Any suggestions?

A recent change in Connect caused this issue. It should be corrected soon (if it hasn't been already in some clusters).

Well, it would be helpful to know WHEN the na6 cluster will be fixed. We are missing deadline reporting on our Compliance Training because we cannot override qa student's score. We will NOT reset the transcript and require the student to re-take a course in which they recieved a failing grade only because Adobe Connect and Adobe Captivate quizzes seemingly cannot successfully coexist.
