You cannot do it.

It´s not possible to copy or move a meeting between two accounts.

You can only move meetings in the same account to different levels or folders.

Sorry

This can be done.

but you may need to be a Connect admin to make this happen.

i created a meeting, started the meeting, uploaded content.

moved the meeting to another user, checked if the uploaded content also moved. it did

made him a host of the meeting.

I am just waiting for him to test

will update later.

It did work for us.

I was able to move the meeting i created with uploaded content to my co workers meeting folder. (note that i have admin privs)  co-worker has Learner, Meeting and Author privs only.  once I moved the meeting I gave him Host privs to that meeting.

as i stated earlier, you could keep the meeting in current location and just add UserB as a host of the meeting.

help that helps

Bryan,

While I am waiting from my co-worker.

also note that you can Pre-assign multiple host to a meeting room.

that is our standard way of creating meetings,  we use one account to create the meetings and assign other users to host that meeting room. we do this because we do not want a lot of users to be able to create meetings without our knowledge.
