Hi there,

I started a trial of Adobe Connect, and I want to upgrade to a monthly plan.

This FAQ page suggests I can easily just by logging in: Subscription | Adobe Connect service plan FAQ

When my trial expires, can I keep the information in my account by purchasing a Service Plan?

Yes. Log in to your trial (even if it has expired) and click the Service Plan tab. Click the plan you would like to purchase. Once the purchase has been confirmed, your meeting information from your trial version is available to you again.

Note: Service Plans are for Adobe Connect Live meetings only. If you have uploaded training or presentation content with your trial, you don't have access to this content unless you purchase an Annual subscription. Contact Adobe Sales for details.

However this is not possible when I log in I get this message:

No "Service plan tab" to be seen

Any ideas please.

Have you tried contacting the Adobe Connect Support as indicated in the message you received?  THey are likely to be more suited to solving issues with the application than anyone here.

Hi Ned,

When I clicked on contact support, this is where it lead me... that is why I posted my question here...

Believe me, I have spent a long time trying to navigate the options before I posted.... I am not really a fan of Adobe for this type of thing - Love Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier, but this system is clunky and poor.... let alone the difficult.

The fact that I have to screen record the "recorded" events is crazy, but I am going to pay to get them back, as I need the meetings I had in my trial... I guess I will have to try contacting support another way.

Cheers

Craig

It is a shame that they offer the help of a group name that specific and then lead you to the general "self-help" forums where users try to help other users.  The least they could do in that case is point you to the Connect forum where you are more likely to find people focused on the product...

Connect General Discussion

If all else fails, I see a number of Staff listed as helping in that forum that you could try sending private messages to.

Craig,

You can reach out to Adobe here: Adobe - Adobe Connect Service Plans or you can contact a reseller if you want more than what the monthly account offers.

There are resellers in your part of the world, they can be found here: Adobe Connect Partners
