I have two accounts one of which is going to expire.
Can I transfer all of my stuffs to the other one ?

Can you? Probably. It is easy? No.
You can pull the source files down for all the content you wish to transfer to the other account and then upload those files to the other account. All of your reporting and tracking will be lost once the expiring account is no longer accessible.
