Hello,

my Adobe Connect Add-in Crashes after it has started and builds up MY Meeting Room. I can Access other Meeting Rooms, and People can Access mine as well. But since mine breaks, I can not use it...

Together with my IT department, we checkt the add-in, ran checkdisk, the connections, re-installed the add-in and also changed the Screen size. But still it breaks down.

Does someone have an Idea ?

I am running a Win8 Machnie with IE10 and have nothing changed on it since months besides installing Snagit (and a few days later, I found that the connect does not work).

thanks

Hello,

We are aware of any crashes on Win8. To help us debug, can you please un-install Snagit(as you feel this is the only change) from your system and then try using Adobe Connect Addin? I am just trying to isolate the culprit here. You can probably re-install it later.

Thanks

Hello Puri,

I finally had a
chance to de-install Snagit. Connect still breaks down.

Thanks & kind regards,
