So we've been having an issue where the microphone becomes unresponsive if you launch Connect with the Connect 9 add-in. We try running the audio setup wizard but as soon as we get to the part where you press the record button to test the mic, you can't even start the recording and the there is no input from the mic.
The only way we can get the mic to work is by uninstalling the add-in. Obviously, that does us no good because then we can't screen share.
Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?
