Adobe Connect audio works fine but completely blank screen.

Whenever I join an Adobe Connect session on my laptop, I have no trouble joining at all, and I can even see the video and virtual room for mere seconds then it just disappears. The audio remains but the video is completely gone up to that point. I've tried downloading the app, other browsers, and even factory resetting my laptop to no avail.
