Does anyone know if Adobe Connect has any built in mechanism to allow someone to observe / attend an AC meeting without them appearing in the attendees/presenters pod as being there?
No. All users will appear in the Attendee pod. However, you can always choose to not show the Attendee pod or have it in the Backstage area which isn't visible to participants in the meeting.
Great suggestions! Can also easily rename an attendee to somewhat anonymize them, including making them just look like a duplicate entry of another person in the room.
