Adobe Connect Connectivity Issues

Hello,

I have a Surface Pro 4 and use Windows 10 OS. I have 100 mbps with Xfinity Wi-Fi and have a very good connection to the internet; however, when I log in to Adobe Connect, I always have the smallest red bar available. Even if my internet connection is 100%, my Connect connection is always very poor. It will go to green bars for a few seconds, and then it will boot me out and take about 7 or 8 seconds to start over again (because the connection was too poor). Best Buy's Geek Squad said there is nothing wrong with my computer, and Comcast said there is nothing wrong with my internet. Can anyone help me figure out my problem?

Thanks!

Are you using a VPN to get into your work network?  Have you tried connecting without the VPN?

Double check that your network card drivers are up to date. I just had a computer that was having connectivity issues in Connect and that seemed to resolve the issues.

You'll need to go to the website for your network card. Mine was Intel, so I just went here: Intel® Driver Update Utility

Not sure about the MS Surface and where you need to go for drivers, as I don't have one of those. But starting with Intel may not be a bad way to go. MS may have their own website for driver updates.
