I work from home on my PT job, and I use Adobe Connect for work. I can't use the web version because my client uses the screen recording feature. When I'm not at work, I love to play games, but Adobe Connect minimizes my games while I'm playing (like it's pinging the network or something), and it's so frustrating.
I'm not sure what to do, but I know I'm tired of uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Connect every couple of days. I was thinking maybe a firewall block/allow might help, but I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. This is usually happening when Adobe Connect is not running.

I can't comment on the Adobe Connect application causing games to minimize while playing. Especially when Adobe Connect is not running. I do want to know what isn't working with the Adobe Connect HTML version (running Adobe Connect in a browser without having the application installed). If you are not able to "Share Screen" - it is probably because the meeting you are attending does NOT have Enhanced Audio Video enabled. I highly recommend using Enhanced Audio. It will greatly improve audio/video experiences for all attendees, including hosts/presenters. In addition, Standard rooms (which are rooms that are not using Enhanced Audio/Video) will be turned off soon. If you use Enhanced Audio/Video, you are able to do [almost] everything in the browser that you can do with the application. Screen sharing is definitely supported in the HTML client.
