I've downloaded the desktop app but when I click to start a meeting it doesnt go anywhere it just hangs at preparing the room. Is there somethin else I need to do or a setting that I need to enable?
This is usually a sign of the connection to the meeting room being blocked by VPN or network proxy rules. If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting before joining the meeting.
The other alternative may be to try joining in the browser (it uses a different media protocol) or have your IT department white list the connection to the Adobe Connect environment.
