Adobe Connect Even distribute button

Hi,

 In Adobe Connect, the Even distribute button doesn't work. I click on it and NOTHING happens. I watched a training video and I know I'm doing it right. It's not working in the application, it's not working in any browser that I tried. I may have up to a 100 participants in my trainings, I'm not going to assign all of them manually. It's crazy.

If this problem can't be fixed, I want to know how we can get our money back. Breakout rooms are the ONLY reason we bought adobe connect in the first place. If it doesn't work, we don't want it. Thanks.

The Evenly Distrubte from Main function will distribute attendees in the Participant and Presenter roles through the breakout rooms. Attendee's in the Host role will remain in the Main Meeting. So if you were testing with you or a number of people in the room as Hosts, then that button would appear to do nothing. 

The functionality isn't browser dependant, especially if you are using the Connect app which isn't in the browser.

Thank you for answering me, but I had participants in the room. Not just hosts and presenters. As I said, I watched a tutorial. So, my problem really is: the Even distribute button is not working, even with PARTICIPANTS. I have to do the distributing manually, and I won't do that with a hundred participants...
