I am using Adobe Connect to access an online class.
We have a student portal which we log into which takes us straight to Adobe Connect app page
options are
Open in app (already have app)
or
download app
for the the last few days I have not been able to login directly from my student portal using my mobile phone.
However I have used my iPad and it logs me in fine.
I had been using my phone for 2 weeks prior to this with no issues.
Has this happened to anyone else before i.e. They can access from one device but not another?
Any idea how to rectify.
Your advise would be greatly appreciated as I have tried everything I could think of!!!
