Adobe connect mobile doesn't start

Hy,

i have some problems with the iPad and iPhone app.

Every time when i want to open the url in the app, safari comes up and tells me that i have to install the connect - add-in to start.

Adobe connect mobile is installed so i don't know what i have to do now to see a presentation.

is there anything to make on the settings in my iPad or something else
