I'm in a training session with my employer, using Adobe Connect. I can hear them through my headset, but they can't hear me when I speak.
I am using a Plantronics headset. I have looked at all the areas on my laptop, Settings, and in AC, to see that my headset is enabled properly.
Please advise why it may not be working.

When you select the drop down menu for the Mic in the meeting, there should be an option to select your microphone. Make sure that the Plantronics headset is what is selected.
