Unfortunately you can't. If the same login is used, you should see a number after the user's name for the additional logins and you can always remove those users to deter using the same login. You can also enable the Block Incoming Attendees feature to prevent additional individuals from joining. You can allow users to request entry, but if they are using a login that has been used already you can decline or ignore them, thus preventing them from joining from an additional computer.

Additionally, if they're already in the room, you can highlight the user that you'd like to remove, and under the Attendee Pod Options menu, you can use "Remove Selected User" to eject them from the room. This doesn't bar them from entry, however.
