I have added new audio provider but when testing it fails with below error
Connecting to server...
Requesting connection to Audio Bridge...
Dialing into the conference...
A configuration error occurred. Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Adobe Connect Central.
Disconnected from the Audio Bridge.
Below is config:
Conference number +91-22-6xxx-6xxx
Delay ms 2000
DTMF 9xxx
Delay ms 2000
DTMF #
Dial in number is of third party provider and is not a toll-free number
Have tested dial in number its working with normal phone
Please can any body guide me to fix it

A Universal Voice configuration for a Hosted account must use a toll-free number.
That is likely why your set up is not working.

is there any other option to add non-toll free numbers, as in India we have very less toll-free numbers or expensive

Only Adobe Connect needs to connect Toll-free. You can look for flat rate audio providers, or possibly try a toll free forwarder for the Adobe Connect connection.
