Adobe Connect will not work on roaming profiles

I work for the technical support team at a university and am having issues getting Adobe Connect to work on roaming profiles. When using a roaming profile, the add-in does not work properly. After attempting to open a Connect session, a "Loading Adobe Connect..." window will pop up, but it never finishes loading and the window stays open until manually closed. The sessions will open on the browser, but if I attempt to share the screen a new "Loading Adobe Connect..." window will pop up in addition to the original one and also never close on its own. The add-in can be found in the appdata folder, but trying to open it through there also just opens up the loading window and keeps it open indefinitely.

The only solution I have found so far for this is to temporarily redirect appdata during the user's session, but I am looking for a better solution to this issue.
