In a recent Connect meeting there were video and audio problems. The host webcam video would freeze and the audio was cutting in and out. In the dry run the meeting worked perfiectly fine though.

Here are some specifics.

- Was a small meeting with less than 20 attendees did not have their video enabled.

- Using Adobe Connect 9.0

- Host had a USB headset with microphone and was on a hardline internet connection.

What could be causing the video and audio issues?

Thanks.

HI Ut121,

Do check for Network Latency while publishing Video stream.

you can check the latency in Connect Meeting room : there is Green bar(Network Latency meter) at top right in the meeting  clicking on the smae will show the network latency.

that could be the reason for stream got freezed or sync issues.

BTW which Headset are you using as such i am not facing any issu with my USB headsets.

regards

Nikhil
