Almost all of our participants are experiencing their audio cutting out in our training but everyone is experiencing at different times. It seems everyone has an excellent internet connection, as does the host. I am in a different location and am also experiencing the same issue. We have never had this problem so widespread. I don't know what else to change.

Can you describe your workflow in details? Are you experiencing audio drop outs in live meeting? Or they are experiencing it in a on demand training? If it is prepared training, how was audio recorded?
