Audio overlap on recording

Hi all....we're just at the beginning of using Connect for webinars and have been doing some recordings of presenters with some slides as part of that.

The issue that came up with one we just did is that the presenter audio (two presenters, different locations) overlapped on the recording of the presentation. IRT, one wrapped up, introduced the second and the second advanced the PPT to her slide as she began. All fine.

In the recording, her audio began before his started. I hadn't seen that before and was wondering what happened. The layout being used didn't change, so I'm kind of stumped. Both working with hard-wired headsets on laptops using solid wireless connections. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Try using the tool for repairing recordings that is discussed in this post https://community.adobe.com/t5/connect/problems-for-download-recording-repair-assistant/td-p/6390217...

I gave it a try and after getting the system to accept it, I was able to open it up. However, when I added the video link and my credentials, it thought for a couple seconds and then shut down. No zip file or anything. Thoughts?

How were you downloading the recording source file? It should be by adding /output/NameHere.zip?download=zip to the url for viewing the recording. You can name the zip however you like.

Then load the zip file in the recording repair tool.

Tried that and it truncated the URL to read /namehere.zip after the URL and went the same way. Don't know why it did that, so tried to add it back it, kept getting the truncated version. Going to end the day and think on it a bit.

The link to download the videos should like like http://company.adobeconnect.com/p93kksnig/output/ZipFile.zip?download=zip. Does that align with how you appended the link to your recording?
