Is there a way to integrate telephone and web users with ConnectNow which will allow both sides to communicate. I have been running into problems where my web users can hear eveyone who is on telephone and on the web. However, my telephone users can only hear those who have called in and not the web users. Is there a way to close the circle which will allow everyone to hear everyone regardless of what method they are using? Will a that-2 solve this problem?

That is normal. Today, Universal Voice inside Connect is a one way stream. It is not two way as there is no two bridge that connects the two systems.
Universal Voice lets participants decide whether they want to dial in or listen over their computer speakers. However, Universal Voice version 7.5 creates a one-way bridge from the telephone conference to VoIP, so anything said over the telephone can be heard by all partici- pants, but anything said using VoIP is heard only by those on VoIP.
See this page that describes the technology:

That may change going forward but today it is a one way listen only kind of solution. Would be best to have everyone join the audio conference if they need to collaborate in two way conversations. Besides, VOIP can be very spotty depending on network configurations (like using VOIP on a non-optimized network).
