Yes and no. Your recording video and audio can be ZIPed, downloaded, extracted, converted, and burned to DVD, but it's a lot more work and probably lower quality than just recording to MPEG2 or a DVD-R in real time. You can also copy the recording with PPT, chat, etc. to your PC, and convert the video and burn it to DVD. Again, a bit of work.
