Can't access a free trial of connect. 'Unable to process request'.

Every time I try to start a free trial of adobe connect meetings I get this error message. It's been happening all week. Any ideas?

It can take up to 24 hours for the trial account to be created and provisioned. If you haven't tried it again today, please do. Otherwise, you may want to reach out to a reseller to get a trial started through them. https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/partner-listing.html
