Hello,

I'm using Adobe Connect on premise trial version (10.1), I only installed adobe connect as a component.

I can login to adobe connect application console (http://localhost:8510/console) but I cant login to the Adobe Admin Console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/) when I try to login I get the following message:

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator. I tried to open it google incognito window, clear the cash and cookies. but none of the previous worked.

I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Not sure what the Admin Console link you provided is for. Possibly Adobe's website? Either way, I don't think you'll ever get access to that.

The localhost console is the server management console. The front end UI will be at the FQDN you specified when installing Adobe Connect. If you login there with credentials that have admin rights, you'll see an Administration tab at the top of the page where you can access all admin functions.

That admin console linked above is for Enterprise software purchases and managment with Adobe. This isn't where you would traditionally go to find invoices and billing history. I believe what you are looking for would be located by going to https://account.adobe.com/orders

This is where you should see all biling history and invoices tied to your Adobe account. If you are looking for billing history for Adobe Connect, you would likely need to talk to you reseller or any purchases from Adobe.com may be on the page listed above.
