I'm using Connect 7. I upload pdf files, but when I try to share them during a meeting, they are not visible in the Sharing Pod. I see my PowerPoint fils, but not pdf files. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the PDFs don't have interactive content or advanced graphics. Those features can cause the PDF to not display in a meeting room because they are not supported.

I have no interactive content. It's just a meeting agenda created in MS Word and converted to pdf.

Try printing the Word doc to PDF again. Maybe something went strange in the conversion of the doc. You may also try uploading it again to Connect, to see if that helps.

For what it is worth, I put Meeting Agendas in Notes Pods (so I can modify them if needed). You could try copying a pasting the agenda into a Notes pod.
