Hello,

I use Connect to teach in our nursing program and as of yesterday it was not allowing me to upload content to the different folders. It says "Please select an item" in red when normally I hit new content and it brings up a search screen, I choose the file I need and it uploads.

When I go to record my class it says "Summary description too long" in red above, when there is no summary description at all, adding in a letter still brings up the same error message.

I have not changed anything from last week to this week and have been teaching with Connect for the last 3 years and have never seen these errors before.

It is drastically affecting my classes as the students are used to getting the recordings of each class for review!!!!

Any thoughts?

I've tried firefox, chrome and edge, same thing in all of them. I've tried multiple different meetings and the same errors are in all.

HELP!

Rachel

Rachel,

Going through these two workflows, I can't replicate the errors. I would suggest you work with Adobe Support to see if there is an issue that is unique to your account or the content you are working with. Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support

If you get a resolution, please share so others can benefit from your efforts.
