Since the latest update to Flash Player last week, my adobeconnect will not allow connection to a meeting, message says I need to install version 11.2 (npapi 16.0.0.235) for firefox. I have already downloaded and installed it, this is evident from Advanced tab of Adobe in control panel. How to fix this?  I have also installed the latest flash player 9 debugger for firefox but this is not helping me.

I have the same problem on a Macintosh running OS 10.9.5. Connect keeps asking m to install Flash, no matter if I use Safari, Firefox or Chrome.

teachbit‌ Try this workflow to see if it gets Flash Player working: Uninstall Flash Player | Mac OS Reinstall Flash Player and share the results.

When you go to the meeting test page, what do your results say? You can test on my server here, Test Meeting Connection, or replace the server URL (realeyesconnnect.adobeconnect.com) with your server URL and see if the results are the same or different. Share the results and we can see if there is something else that comes up as a red flag.
