My company use Breeze meeting system, but our firewall block the 443 port to Internet by default.
So once users cannot download the connect Add-in, I must check the ip address of server, then add it into firewall, but.... there seem to be a lot of server...
Could anyone please give a complete address(download server) list?
Thanks a lot!!

Adobe will not give this out, so the two options are to open the port or have IT get the exe (dmg) from the Getting started page and pushing the addin up to everyone in the organization's computer.

Hi, I am a retired from the workplace writer-researcher-investor. While attempting to use an online stocktrading acct. I got the prompt to open my Internet Explorer and Enable Adobe PDF software into same. I don't know how to. I've tried serveral avenues. My default Internet Explorer homepage is my hotmail e-mail acct. of timbrothy@hotmail.com Originally I think downloaded Adobe 8.0 which is in my Progams list on this home computer with my user-ID of agape4usall@optonline.net but that is not valid according to the Adobe Sign In Page. I have allowed Internet Explorer Active-X controls. I use Norton Symnatec 360. My Windows Firewall is in disabled mode. I just don't know how-to Open into my Windows Explorer progams on this computer well-enough to Enable Adobe PDF into same software matrix. If you or anyone you know can help, please reply to me at agape4usall1@verizon.net asap and thank you ever so kindly. Obviously i am a near to being idiot-level computer-user. I really can use this help today if there is anyway and anyone reading this anytime soon. all best, separated123

Hey guys,

I get this same problem as well. Here's what happens:

I login to acrobat.com ConnectNow and start up a meeting. Everything looks great and people can connect. When I got to Share My Screen, it asks me to install the Adobe ConnectNow plugin. I do this and it downloads the plugin. It then gives me the screen - 'This web page has launched your meeting room. You can close it anytime and it will not impact your meeting room'.

I then get an Adobe ConnectNow item on my taskbar, but clicking on it does nothing. It gives me the option to Maximize and Minimize, but they do nothing. I cannot get back into the meeting room at all and I have to close out my browser.

I've tried uninstalled and reinstalling the ConnectNow plugin but no luck. The diagnostic tests work and I'm actually able to go in and view other people's desktops when they share - however I have no luck when trying to share my screen. I also checked the health and that seems ok too. And last, but not least, I made sure that HTTP 1.1 thru proxies is checked as well.

Any ideas?

This was from an ealier post by someone else who describes the exact same issue as I am having with no answers. Any help appreciated.
