Is there something wrong with Adobe Connect Pro today?

I attempted to "Upload Connect" or in other words, replace the current lesson content. After waiting for the 4mb zip file to upload, the following error message was displayed:

Request Not Processed
The system was unable to process your request.
For further assistance, please check out the Connect Pro support center or  contact Connect Pro support.

The result of this is that now I no longer have any lesson available from this link. The old lesson is gone and the new lesson did not successfully upload.

On the lesson link page I now see:

Your content is currently being processed. Thank you for your patience.

Content Information

Title: Console_3_Intro_Lesson_1_of_3

Disk usage: 0.0 KB

Anyone have any ideas what this is happening? I really want to avoid Adobe's horrible support, if possible.

I also thought I would try out my luck with the Adobe chat system. I have had successes in the past with this service. Unfortunately, I noticed that for the longest time, the chat system has been unavailable with the message:

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS ARE OFFLINE NOW. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

Does anyone know the status of this service?

In case you did not know, it is (was) available as a link here: http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html

Thank you

Hello:

Just right now the Connect in Host mode are working.

At least I´m trying with the Connect of one of my customers and works properly.

My suggestion:

Send an email to entrsupp@adobe.com<mailto:entrsupp@adobe.com> - Att. Ian

This person is extremely efficient so probably you will receive an answer tomorrow if you send the email now.

Do not forget to send the URL of your Hosted Connect, your login and password.

My best regards,

http://connect7.nartexsoft.com/saladesiree/

I promess that I never gave you this email address!!!
