A number of users in our organization can no longer view Adobe Connect 8 recordings. Flash player opens, we see the connection, but then all we see is a gray screen. I updated my Flash player to 10.3.181.34 and installed the Connect Add-In, rebooted, changed cache to update every time I visit the page, cleared cache, etc. Still nothing but a gray screen. Problem started very recently. Browser is IE 7 on Windows XP. Any help greatly appreciated.

That is a known bug and is being fixed in the specific release 8.1.2 being rolled out beginning this weekend (7/29) with most servers getting upgraded 8/12 and 8/19. On-Premise customers will be able to call Support and request the fix pack after the hosted environment has been updated around 8/19. A new host add-in is required as well and will be posted.
Another option is to see if you can download the recording locally either through the Adobe Connect Desktop client or through the Adobe Connect Central.
