When i login at http://admin.emea.acrobat.com/ i see an empty service plan page:

https://service.acrobat.com/cfusion/bots/serviceplan/index.cfm

How i can change my service plan ?

I believe that this page is only available if you have an account purchased through adobe.com. If you purchased your account through a reseller, then you need to go back to your reseller to make changes to your licensing.

To be honest I bought it via Adobe website. No intermediate or reseller was involved. Still wondering why I cannot access my service plan page...

Hm, I don't know. I've never actually seen that page work, but I've never had an account purchased through adobe.com to play with.

I'd reach out to Adobe Support with your needs, and see if they have an answer about that page's functionality:
