Captivate and Connect

Hello forum,

I am currently working with a professor and wanted to see if we are able to accomplish a few items with Adobe Captivate and Connect with his lecture videos.

Have Connect host an instructor's entire collection of lectures (if done, what are the pricing options for this?)
Build in quizzes on Captivate videos that will collect scores on a spreadsheet (our current LMS does not support SCORM so we would like this functionality)

1. There is no pricing for hosting content with Connect. You will need an Author or Named Host license to upload content to the server, but storage space is not limited in a hosted Connect account. You will want the videos to be in FLV or MP4 format though.

2. Connect will host and report quiz interactions from Captivate. Is your LMS AICC compliant? Captivate can report to that too. As to the reporting functionality in Connect, you may need to look at getting the Training module to host the Captivate quizzess (and any other content you want to track), as without it being hosted as just Content it won't track who viewed, just how it was viewed as a whole.
