Is there a Connect 9.6 Migration Installation and Configuration guide?

I feel like I am going in circles around the Adobe site for the 9.6 help there, but nothing goes in to if I can update directly from 9.5.3 or if I need to do all the patches and then do 9.6.

You should be able to upgrade directly from 9.5.3. Here is the upgrade paths available for 9.6.
