Is there a way to get this to work in the new Connect 9 system. We have a hosted account And ever since they moved us to connect 9 the connect add-in is not working. We know that there is a new connect add-in located
\staff\Staff Profiles\Application Data & Profiles\%Username%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\www.macromedia.com\bin\adobeconnectaddin
and we have allowed this path in folder rediretion but all we are getting when trying to run the add-in is a small adobe connect box that says loading and it wont load.
Any help would be much appreciated as level 1 support does not handle this and im waiting for level 2 support.
