I know I have to install add-in to share my screen. Will all the participants have to install it to VIEW my screen being shared? Thanks.

With most browsers they should be able to login using Flash with no install.  If they have Chrome, they might need to update their settings due to a recent update, to enable Flash (built into Chrome).

Thanks. So when everyone is successfully logged in and  I click "share my screen" they won't be prompted to install the additional connect Add-in? Just me as I'm the sharer?

Correct, if they are already in the room, you share their screen, they don't get prompted.  If they turn on their webcam it will suggest the add in for better performance, but it doesn't require it.
