Hi,

everytime we (3 Persons with nearly the same computers) try to share a screen with a resolution > 1920x1080 the program crashes.

If we set the resolution to 1920x1080 it doesn´t crash.

What can we do so we are able to use the whole screen of our Microsoft Surface Pros (v2019)?

Thanks in advance

Michael

I find that screen sharing at a lower resolution provides a better visual experience for attendees along with a significant bandwith savings to boot. I've rarely seen a benefit to sharing a higher resolution image that gets squished down to fit in the share pod.
