Connect issue: "You cannot access this meeting because you are already attending the maximum number"

Hi,

Since this Monday, we're frequently getting the error message "You cannot access this meeting because you are already attending the maximum number of allowed meetings (2). Please close one of your open meeting rooms." when trying to enter meeting rooms.

We've checked several times and we *never* have other meeting rooms open, not even from other accounts.

We also did not change anything to our subscription nor our account.

We then have to logout / login several times before we can enter the meeting room.

This is very annoying as we use Adobe Connect to give training courses, and the teachers are unable to connect.

We thought is was a temporary issue with Adobe Connect, but as said, it lingers on since Monday 18 March 2013.

Can anyone help us out here?

Thanks

Hi Jorma,

Thanks for your answer.

Turns out it's due to a change of license policy application by our Adobe reseller. They did not inform us of this change 😕

So nothing to do with Adobe Connect itself.

Sounds like it could be a session cookie issue. Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies when this happens and seeing if that solves the problem? Alternatively, you can also try logging in through a different browser.
