Connect Plugin vs. Browser

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the benefits/drawbacks of using the Connect Plugin vs viewing presentations inside a browser? We have been troubleshooting a few issues (one being that those using a browser tend to find their screen refreshes from time to time), and I wondered what might be the best route. I realize that not using the plugin means all they have to do is have Flash player installed, but are there any other considerations?

Thanks in advance,

Craig

Without the plug in the users will not be able to have the share pod go full screen, they will not be able to screen share or upload files to the file share pod. If those are not an issue for you then you shouldn't have any issues with the users not having the add-in.

Thanks Jorma.

The real issue is when someone is playing it through the browser (ala no plugin), they tend to have their screen "refresh" every so often, and it takes a minute or two for Connect to sync back up for them.
