I have an account set up with PGi. I checked and double checked to make sure I set it up properly, even got a guy on their end to walk me through it just to be completely sure. Yet, I'm unable to get Universal Voice to function properly. Under Audio Conference Settings, I'm not able to select both Phones and Computer for users to call in through. Rather than checkboxes, it gives me a pair of radial buttons - I can only select one or the other.

Is there some hidden setting in the back end that I'm supposed to check?

Go to Administration > Account > More settings and you will see the option to turn on using UV with the fully integrated phone bridge for each provider. With that enabled you should be able to use both at the same time.

...I've been in hours of tech support and setting the line up a dozen times, watching countless tutorial videos, and it was that simple. I hate myself. Lol, thank you!
