Connect v9.4.2f ppt format files, error when uploading

Has anyone else experienced this issue in 9.4.2? Other file formats work fine and permissions has been thoroughly tested as not related to the issue. Simply, when you try and upload a ppt file either in room or from the connect administrative interface it will return the error Request not Processed, The System was unable to process your request. We already tried updating. Anybody have any ideas what else to consider or is possibly having the same issue? Screenshot is attached below:connect_error.PNG
