Connection drop outs and missing participant functions

Since the last update and starting sessions in html without flash my participants are finding that they are loosing their connection and dont have features such as selecting microphone (I have enabled that feature) also they can't select a speaker and have to use phone app and web browser on pc to participate. The wo are probably unconnected problems but it is coinciding with not using flash. Any similar recent issues and solutions? Thanks

Some browsers can limit the access/visibiliy of the hardware to the HTML client. Chrome, I think, is one that you have to change your default mic or speaker for the computer to change it in the client. Using the desktop App for Connect will get around this. 

The shift of technology is going to have some bumps in the road to overcome... nature of things.
