Connect meeting rooms are persistent, meaning they are available to you 24/7/365. Just use the URL to access and use the meeting when you need it.

To create a recurring session in your room, use your email client's calendar function to create a meeting request, put a recursion on it, and send it to everyone who needs to attend. So long as the URL for you meeting room on on it, everyone should be able to join and participate in your room at the desired times.

Hi Jorma,

meeting rooms works 24/7 but is there any way to create a recurring Event in Event Manager? We have weekly webinars (same every week) for customers and we use Event Manager for registration - however I see not way of duplicating an event with the same name. Can you help me with this? We need to be able to set 3 events in advanced (e.g. one 4.02. / 11.02 / 18.02)

Unfortunately, there is not a method of putting a recursion on an event. However, you can duplicate an event and then modify the date/time of the new event

Hi Jorma thx for reply - my other problem is that AC doesn't allow me to use the same name for duplicated event - e.g each should be "Basic Webinar" (with different dates)

I generally put the date in the name, so it would be Basic Webinar - Feb 4th, Basic Webinar - Feb 11th, Basic Webinar - Feb 18th. This way they all have the same name, but are also easy for the individuals signing up to distinguish which date the event is on.

As to the reason for not having the same name, it is just like having a file on your computer. To have two files with the same name, they need to be in different folders.
