I talked to Adobe's 3rd party seller of Connect Pro and they said I was getting ripped off from Adobe in that the basic version for $55.00 a month should have a customize button. I want to add my company logo and dress up my meeting room, why do I have to pay extra for that? Meeting One said they offer it for no extra cost. Adobe customer service has been very very hard to deal with. Most of the time I don't get the help I need from Flow Chart Readers.
Adobe sales says they cannot modify the 55.00 a month package. It is how it is, and it you want it custom you have to go to www.meetingone.com or the rep for your state.

Tech support said me that I must have Connect Pro named license from Adobe partner for $5,000+ per year for customization feature. And, the Adobe partner is calling me for ever, although I said that I will only communicate via e-mail...
