I have received this message three times now and the program crashes.  The meeting is open, but I am the only participant.  The camera is going.  I have my meeting open for an hour or so, not doing anything, then this error message pops up and closes it down.  Any ideas?

UPDATE:  So I opened a new meeting and it went for over an hour or so with no error message.  I re-opened the original meeting and within a few minutes the error message came back.  I'm beginning to think it may have something to do with the type of files that I have uploaded.

Does anyone know of any conflict with .pdf files created in Photoshop?

UPDATE:  Installed latest version of flash and have not had error message again.

So thanks folks, appreciate all your help.

Dec 1 UPDATE:  Okay, the Flash update did not solve the issue.  To recap:  when I open a certain meeting, I get this error message:  "Add-in 9.4 r54" and it shuts down.  I opened a separate meeting and left it going all night and no error message.  So it has something to do with that particular meeting, perhaps the documents I uploaded.

So, anyone out there have any ideas?

I have not had any problems with PDF files. You can troubleshoot by uploading the same PDF - to the room that was working all night.

I think what you have here is a corrupted room. Just move the content to a newly created room and then see if that fixes it.  If so, delete the room.  I've seen rooms get corrupted for various reasons. I've seen this happen with WebEx and Lotus Sametime as well so it is not peculiar to Adobe Connect.
